MS, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #127813

  • Welcome!

I’m so glad you’re here. The decision to begin therapy is a big one, and I feel honored that you are considering doing that with me. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California and I work with adults in the perinatal period (prenatal and postpartum) including birthers and partners, young professionals and older adults. I enjoy collaborating with family therapists, nutritionists, psychiatrists and physicians.

I have a warm, welcoming, gentle and authentic approach to working with clients. You are the expert of your own life, and I want to help you figure out your direction, how to heal or navigate the challenges life throws. In our therapeutic space you will be accepted for who you are and how you want to make changes to grow and heal. Mental health is your health, and making time to focus on these needs is crucial to your wellness.

I am here to help you on your journey toward healing, contentment, gratitude and success.

“I never thought that I would come this far. But, I’m here”
